The article acquaints readers with the continuation of the Japanese collection “30 Unique Figures of Japan and Russia – 3. People who have made a great contribution to the establishment of cultural exchanges and mutual understanding between the two countries”. Like the previous two collections, the third part consists of 30 articles, which describe a biography or a significant event in the life of the Russians and Japanese, who played an important role in the development of relations between Japan and Russia. This collection is a unique book, a number of Japanese and Russian researchers of various professions, as well as translators, participated in its creation.
